8 SPRINGS STUDIO Powered by Megaformer™/Lagree Method™ is a 45-minute, mind-body experience, exerting and sculpting every muscle of your body to the brink of exhaustion.  Intensity is the secret to this incredibly transformative workout that focuses on constant tension and dynamic muscle overload. This unique combination of Pilates, cardio and endurance will reshape your body creating long, lean and defined muscles. Our class format is designed for fitness enthusiasts at all levels - so, don't be shy!  

WHAT YOU WILL FEEL : The shaking, trembling and screaming of your muscles during the Megaformer™ workout informs your body that change is happening!  Our motivational training will keep your mind focused, allowing you to push your body to new limits!

Our state-of-the-art M3 Megaformer™ provides you zero-impact spring resistance training while leaving you drenched, energized and empowered.

THE THEORY: PHYSICAL FITNESS IS DEFINED BY THE FOLLOWING FIVE BASIC FOUNDATIONS:

Cardiorespiratory Endurance

To improve your cardiorespiratory endurance, train doing activities that keep your heart rate elevated at a safe level for a sustained length of time.

Muscular Strength

The key to making your muscles stronger is working them against resistance: weights, gravity, and/or springs. MEGAFORMER allows your body to train in counter-resistance to improve muscular strength.

Muscular Endurance

In order to perform without fatigue, you need to train the muscles to fatigue. MEGAFORMER TRAINING trains the muscles to a threshold of intensity that will stimulate improvement.

Body Composition

A person’s total body weight (what you see on the bathroom scale) may not change over time, but the bathroom scale does not assess how much of that body weight is fat and how much is lean mass (muscle, bone, and ligaments). MEGAFORMER TRAINING promotes fat loss and lean muscle growth to improve the total body composition.

Flexibility

Good flexibility in the joints can improve postures and alignment as well as help prevent injuries through all stages of life. If you want to improve your flexibility, your must perform activities that lengthen the muscles. MEGAFORMER TRAINING works the muscle in its length which improves flexibility.

TRX SMASH-INTENSE, CORE-FOCUSED

40 minutes of intense TRX (Total Resistance eXercise) training! This Navy SEALs-approved strength training uses your body weight and gravity to slash fat, lower your metabolism, and develop a rock-solid core.

TOTAL BODY SCULPT (TBS)-DRIPPING SWEAT, MOVING THOSE FEET, NON-STOP

Designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles, boost balance, and flexibility. Start with brief cardio segments and transition the focus to core, strength and muscle endurance for a complete body sculpt.  When you think TBS, think FUN! HIGH ENERGY! AND SWEAT!

Bootcamp-core focused, circuit style class

45 min bootcamp style class broken up into a warm up, followed by upper body, lower body and core sets, and finished off with a deep stretch. This class will push you to your limits!

YOGA-PEACEFUL, TRANSFORMATIVE

Whether in the sun on the rooftop or with weights in the studio, we've got the yoga flow for all seasons.

Syncing movement with the breath, Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing meditation that awakens & engages the body, calms the mind, and inspires your natural healing energy to rise from within. Whether you are curious beginner or a seasoned practitioner, we invite you to experience a well-rounded, transformative practice that will revitalize, strengthen, as well as calm your mind, body, and spirit.
