Megaformer effectively combines cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance and core into one workout. This high intensity, low impact workout is great for people of all fitness levels, whether you are recovering from an injury, a fitness enthusiast, or starting from square one, our instructors can modify and vary any move to help you achieve your fitness goals!
